Jeffery Moody, 46 , of Fort Gibson Oklahoma, was born on March 6, 1974 the son of Jerry and Emma Moody, Jeff passed away Monday, October 26th, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Jeffrey Scott Moody was definitely one of the brightest shining stars this world has seen. He was unique and genuine in every way imaginable. Jeff was known as a wild child at heart but spent the last few years of his life focusing on becoming a man his family was so proud to have known. Jeff had a big heart and a beautiful soul and his positivity radiated to anyone around him! Anyone who knew Jeff knew they could call on him for anything and he would be there. He was kind, caring, and selfless and devoted his life to his hard work family and friends. He enjoyed spending time with his father Jerry Wayne Moody talking about any and every thing. He loved welding and working on projects with his brother Chris Moody. He especially loved being a PopPop to his 2 beautiful grand daughters RaeLynn & Amry and loved spending as much time with them as he could. His wife Shera was always the highlights of his days and was always by his side 24/7 and Jeff loved it that way. Jeff loved Shera with his whole being and her children like his own. He was a loving family man, a go-getter and had a confidence to do whatever he wanted in this world. The world lost a great man but his star will always shine bright. For he was loved and cherished by many. He may be Gone but Jeff Moody will Never be Forgotten!!! May he rest in Paradise!!!
Jeffrey is survived by Shera, Raelynn, and Amry, of the home, brother, Chris Moody, sisters; Penny Cyphers and husband, Brian, of Oklahoma City, Tammy Goforth of Oklahoma City and Wendy Howard and husband, Danny of Oklahoma City.
A memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, November 5th, 2020 at the Citizens Cemetery, E. Poplar Fort Gibson, OK 74434, with Justin Kinman officiating under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home.
