Pat Towry, a 79-year-old Keefeton resident, passed away to meet our Lord and reunite with J.D. on Saturday, July 13th in her home surrounded by many family members. She was born on May 4th, 1940 to John W. and Zennie Lou Opal (Donaldson) Cagle in FT. Smith Arkansas She graduated Fort Smith High School in 1959.

She married J.D. Towry on December 9th, 1961 in Tulsa, OK. She was an amazing loving, funny, Wife, Mom, Sister, Nan, Nanny, Aunt, Cousin, and friend.
She loved her family greatly. She loved to shop and collect many things, she never met a stranger, and had a unique way of telling stories, and she was an amazing skater and the world’s best Skip-Bo player.
Pat was a member of Keefeton Free Will Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: J.D. Towry, Sister Betty Gattis, brothers Harry and William Cagle, and granddaughter Holly Mitchell.
She is survived by her brother John (JR) Cagle her children; DeAnn Garrison and husband John of Park Hill, OK; Darrell and wife April of Keefeton, OK; grandchildren: Robb Stone of Muskogee Ok, Justin Mitchell of the New England area; Jesse Mitchell of Henryetta, OK; Ciarra Towry of Muskogee OK; Seth Towry of Muskogee OK; Garrett Towry of Muskogee OK; Maggie Towry of Muskogee OK; Mandy Langley and husband Michael of Roland, OK; Steven Garrison and wife Ashley of Hackett, AR and Adam Hawkins of Muskogee, OK; great-grandchildren Emma Stone of Muskogee OK, Kensleigh, Cooper, Addison , Alexis McCormick of Muskogee OK, and Jude Garrison of Hackett, AR; her nieces/nephews: and many cousins and other extended family and friends.
Pat’s love, laughter, and sass will be missed by everyone that knew her until the day we shall meet again.
Services will be held Thursday July 18th at 2:00 pm at the Keefeton Free will Baptist Church, in Keefeton OK, with Pastor Danny Barks officiating. Following the service, burial will be held at Agnew Cemetery under the care and direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home of Muskogee. Viewing will be Wednesday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm with the family greeting friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
